Cocoa Mug Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg Separated
  • 10ml Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 20ml Diet Doctor Shake powder
  • 15ml Coconut oil melted
  • 10 - 15ml Water
  • 1ml Baking powder
  • 50ml whipped Cream or Coconut Cream-To Serve
  • 1 handful Berries-To serve

DipIn/ Pour Over Sauce

  • 5ml Shake powder
  • 5 - 10ml Cocoa powder (depending on how dark you like your sauce)
  • 15 - 20ml Water (you could add more or less if you like it either running or thicker)

Instructions
 

  • Pop the egg white in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes till it’s a little fluffy.
  • Add egg yolk, cocoa powder, shake powder, melted coconut oil, water and blend till combined.
  • Then add baking powder and combine by hand.
  • Oil a large cup with a little coconut oil just to prevent the cake from sticking.
  • Add in the batter and place in the microwave for 80-90 seconds on high depending on your microwave

DipIn/ Pour Over Sauce

  • Mix together and Microwave for 20-30 sec and bingo-Chocolate sauce.

Notes

Serve immediately with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and berries.
