Cocoa Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Egg Separated
- 10ml Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 20ml Diet Doctor Shake powder
- 15ml Coconut oil melted
- 10 - 15ml Water
- 1ml Baking powder
- 50ml whipped Cream or Coconut Cream-To Serve
- 1 handful Berries-To serve
DipIn/ Pour Over Sauce
- 5ml Shake powder
- 5 - 10ml Cocoa powder (depending on how dark you like your sauce)
- 15 - 20ml Water (you could add more or less if you like it either running or thicker)
Instructions
- Pop the egg white in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes till it’s a little fluffy.
- Add egg yolk, cocoa powder, shake powder, melted coconut oil, water and blend till combined.
- Then add baking powder and combine by hand.
- Oil a large cup with a little coconut oil just to prevent the cake from sticking.
- Add in the batter and place in the microwave for 80-90 seconds on high depending on your microwave
DipIn/ Pour Over Sauce
- Mix together and Microwave for 20-30 sec and bingo-Chocolate sauce.
Notes
Serve immediately with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and berries.
