Egg Separated

Unsweetened cocoa powder

Diet Doctor Shake powder
15ml
Coconut oil melted
10 - 15ml
Water

Baking powder

whipped Cream or Coconut Cream-To Serve

5 - 10ml
Cocoa powder (depending on how dark you like your sauce)
15 - 20ml
Water (you could add more or less if you like it either running or thicker)
Instructions
Pop the egg white in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes till it’s a little fluffy.
Add egg yolk, cocoa powder, shake powder, melted coconut oil, water and blend till combined.
Then add baking powder and combine by hand.
Oil a large cup with a little coconut oil just to prevent the cake from sticking.
Add in the batter and place in the microwave for 80-90 seconds on high depending on your microwave
DipIn/ Pour Over Sauce
Mix together and Microwave for 20-30 sec and bingo-Chocolate sauce.
Notes
Serve immediately with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and berries.
