Cocoa Flapjacks with Crushed Almonds and Berries

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg Separated
  • 10 ml Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 20 ml Diet Doctor Shake powder
  • 15 ml Coconut oil melted
  • 10 - 15 ml Water
  • 1 ml Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp crushed almonds-To serve
  • handful Berries to serve

Dip In/ Pour Over Sauce

  • 5 ml Shake powder
  • 5 - 10 ml Cocoa powder (depending on how dark you like your sauce)
  • 15 - 20 ml Water (you could add more or less if you like it either running or thicker)

Instructions
 

Flapjacks

  • Pop the egg white in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes till it’s a little fluffy.
  • Add egg yolk, cocoa powder, shake powder, melted coconut oil, water and blend till combined.
  • Then add baking powder and combine by hand.
  • Pre heat a non-stick pan on medium heat, add a little bit of coconut oil.
  • Scoop in batter to form flapjacks
  • Once bubble start forming at the top of the flapjack, flip over fry till cooked through.

Dip In/ Pour Over Sauce

  • Mix together and Microwave for 20-30 sec and bingo-Chocolate sauce for your flapjacks.

Notes

1 Protein, 1 Fruit and 1 Fat Serving
Serve immediately with chocolate sauce, crushed almond nuts and fresh berries.
