Excess protein consumed is usually stored as fat, while the surplus of amino acids is excreted. This can lead to weight gain over time, especially if you consume too many calories while trying to increase your protein intake. That being said, certain foods are more problematic than others. That’s especially true if you’re eating animal protein with a higher fat content. We encourage that you at least have the allowed protein for all 3 main meals whiles on our weight loss program but avoid and animal fat when having any protein as this can affect your weight loss or halt your weight loss. If you want to enjoy rapid weight loss results on our program it’s best to avoid these foods altogether. Some of the foods include avo, beans, salmon, oxtail, lamb, pork and raw coconut as they are high in protein and fat.
When on our program, we recommend only sticking to the allowed protein as this will help you lose as much as 10kg in just 30 days.
