Turkey Zucchini Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 460g ground Turkey/Chicken
  • 2 Handful zucchini grated
  • 4 Crushed Gluten Free Chickpea, Lentil & Pea Crackerbread
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cloces garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp avo oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
  • Mix all ingredients except avo oil in a medium bowl.
  • Drizzle avo oil on 1-2 rimmed baking pans.
  • Shape meat mixture into 21 meatballs and place on prepared baking pans.
  • Bake meatballs for 18 minutes or until done and browned on outside.
