Turkey Zucchini Meatballs
Ingredients
- 460g ground Turkey/Chicken
- 2 Handful zucchini grated
- 4 Crushed Gluten Free Chickpea, Lentil & Pea Crackerbread
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cloces garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 2 tbsp avo oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
- Mix all ingredients except avo oil in a medium bowl.
- Drizzle avo oil on 1-2 rimmed baking pans.
- Shape meat mixture into 21 meatballs and place on prepared baking pans.
- Bake meatballs for 18 minutes or until done and browned on outside.
