Healthy Strawberry Jam
Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries (you can also use Blueberries or Mix them)
- 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1 tbsp Xylitolor Stevia- Optional
Instructions
- Boil for 5 minutes till strawberries are soft.
- Whilst still boiling, mash with a potato masher.
- Boil for a further 5 minutes.
- Add chia seeds, lemon juice and lemon zest (and Xylitol or stevia).
- Boil for a further 5 minutes, till it has a nice thick consistency.
- Place in a glass jar and store in thefridge for up to a week.
