Healthy Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Strawberries (you can also use Blueberries or Mix them)
  • 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tbsp Xylitolor Stevia- Optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil for 5 minutes till strawberries are soft.
  • Whilst still boiling, mash with a potato masher.
  • Boil for a further 5 minutes.
  • Add chia seeds, lemon juice and lemon zest (and Xylitol or stevia).
  • Boil for a further 5 minutes, till it has a nice thick consistency.
  • Place in a glass jar and store in thefridge for up to a week.
