Monday Mindset: Remember your WHY.

For those of you starting today…when doing your “uncomfortable action”, even those who have been at it for a while, remember your WHY.

What is your goal and WHY is that your goal? The answer to this question is going to keep you going when times are tough. If your WHY is strong enough, you’re going to be willing to change whatever you need to change. Any excuse you come up with won’t allow you to quit because you’ll know WHY you’re doing this.
