Flapjacks

Ingredients:

2 Whole eggs

4 egg whites

2 Tbsp Psyllium husk

2 Packets Sweetner

1/2 Tsp Cinnamon or Unsweetened Cocoa

1 Tsp Coconut Oil

Directions:

Whisk all ingredient together till combined. Add 1/2 Teaspoon Coconut oil to a frying pan. scoop mixture in the mixture, a spoon at a time. Fry till Golden brown or light in texture and cooked. You can top them off with Cinnamon fried apples.

Notes: You can leave the Sweetner and Cinnamon or cocoa powder out and create a savory flapjack.

Serving size- 2 Protein servings
