
Mushroom Buns:
4 Portobello mushrooms
2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
20ml Coconut Oil
Burger Pattie
280g Lean Beef Mince
2 Garlic Cloves
2ml Paprika
2ml Salt
2ml Pepper
15ml Coconut Oil
For the assembling the Burger:
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Diet Doctor Mayonnaise
Diet Doctor cucumber and onions Pickles
Place Mushroom in an oven dish and coat with a mix of coconut oil and garlic. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 6 minutes then turn them around and place back in the oven for a further 5-7 minutes or till done.
While the Mushroom are in the oven, mix lean mince, garlic, salt and pepper and form 2 patties out of the mixture. Fry the patties in a frying pan for 3-4 minutes on each side or till done.
Use mushroom the mushroom as your buns when assembling your Burger. Assemble as deserved and enjoy. Mushroom Burger are best when paired with our Diet Doctor approved Mayo and Homemade Pickles
