Broccoli Quiche


  • 1 Whole egg
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • Salt
  • Broccoli
  • Mushrooms
  • Onion


Dice onions and mushroom and fry in coconut oil until done.

Cook broccoli for 2 minutes in boiling pot, drain and cut into bits. Whisk 1 whole egg and the 3 egg whites and add salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees.

Pour ingredients into mixing bowl and separate equally into mini muffin tins.

Cook for 30 – 35 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
