white albacore tuna in water, well drained*

Carb Smart Mayonnaise
or Thumb Size

celery
minced

minced red onion,
rinsed and drained

tbsp
lemon juice

tsp
garlic
minced

tsp
Dijon mustard
(optional)

tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
freshly ground black pepper
Lettuce Leaves
Instructions
Add tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice garlic and dijon mustard to a mixing bowl.
Toss ingredients together, while seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on lettuce leaves as a taco or dice lettuce leave with tuna.
You can also hollow out a cucumber and fill for a freshing crunch
