Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees celcius
Grease two (2) muffin pans with olive oil
Whisk your eggs in a big bowl and add salt or truffle salt totaste.
Process the greens, tomato, broccoli, in a food processor or blender, until finely chopped but NOT smooth. Add to egg mixture.
Mix he egg mixture and veggie mix well and pour into muffin pans using a ¼ measuring cup
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set in the middle.
Notes
6 Protein and 3 Vegetable Serving
This Quiche can store in the fridge for 3 days.
To reheat place under the broiler for 2 minutes.
