Quiche with Broccoli Spinach Tomato and Truffle Salt
Ingredients
- 12 Eggs
- Large Hand Full Kale or Spinach
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Handful Spinach
- 1 handful Broccoli
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees celcius
- Grease two (2) muffin pans with olive oil
- Whisk your eggs in a big bowl and add salt or truffle salt totaste.
- Process the greens, tomato, broccoli, in a food processor or blender, until finely chopped but NOT smooth. Add to egg mixture.
- Mix he egg mixture and veggie mix well and pour into muffin pans using a ¼ measuring cup
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set in the middle.
Notes
6 Protein and 3 Vegetable Serving
This Quiche can store in the fridge for 3 days.
To reheat place under the broiler for 2 minutes.
