Best way to determine if the product you would like to purchase has any added sugars is to check the ingredients list for these words: Brown Sugar, Corn Sweetener, Corn Syrup, Dextrose, Fructose, Fruit Juice Concentrate, Glucose, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Honey, Invert Sugar, Lactose, Maltose, Molasses, Raw Sugar, Sucrose Syrup and Table Sugar.

Even something as basic as fruit juice sometimes have even more sugar added to them than most of your soft drinks. Be aware what you buy and what you eat as this can have a negative effect on your weight loss journey if you are not aware.
