The way you speak to yourself is just as important as getting in your exercise.
Say these 3 things???????????? to yourself every morning, afternoon and evening.
Write them on sticky notes around your house or stick them on your mirror.
But most of all….when you say them to yourself you have to BELIEVE that they are true
