TUNA STUFFED TOMATOES (Ultimate Fat Burner)

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 x can tuna in spring water (drained)
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 x spring onions (chopped)
  • 40g mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Tabasco (optional)

 

Method:

 

Preheat oven to 180C, cut a thin slice off the top of the tomato, and gently scoop out pulp and seeds, leaving a 1 ½ cm wall. Mix together the tuna & spring onions, add salt & pepper to taste & a few drops of Tabasco if you are a fiery eater. Scoop the mixture into the tomato with a spoon & top with mozzarella. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Yum! So simply & tasty.
