Stawberry Sorbet


  • 1 cup sliced strawberries, frozen
  • 1 eggwhite
  • 5 drops of liquid stevia
  • 2 mint leaves


  1. Add the frozen strawberries, mint leaves and liquid stevia to a high powered blender and mix for 30 seconds at high speed or until well chopped; or in a Thermomix for 30 seconds / Speed 9
  2. Give the strawberry mix a good swirl with your spatula before adding the egg white. If using a blender, mix at a high speed until whipped to a smooth consistency, approx 1 minute. If using a Thermomix, add the whisking attachment and whisk on Speed 5 for 1 minute.
