Thin Egg Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Coconut / Avo Oil
- 4 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 t dried basil
- ½ portion sliced grilled Chicken or Beef
Instructions
- Scramble egg well with a pinch of sea salt.
- Heat a sauté pan with med-high heat and a light coat of coconut / avo oil.
- Pour egg batter onto the pan and wait for it to turn to a “crepe-like” consistencyDONOT FLIP
- Drizzle the top lightly with your choice of tomato sauce, diced basil and sliced chicken or beef. (thin so that it does not break the egg
- Take two spatulas and remove from the sauté pan (one on each side). Place onto cutting board and slice into “pizza” slices
