Thin Egg Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Coconut / Avo Oil
  • 4 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 t dried basil
  • ½ portion sliced grilled Chicken or Beef

Instructions
 

  • Scramble egg well with a pinch of sea salt.
  • Heat a sauté pan with med-high heat and a light coat of coconut / avo oil.
  • Pour egg batter onto the pan and wait for it to turn to a “crepe-like” consistency
    DONOT FLIP
  • Drizzle the top lightly with your choice of tomato sauce, diced basil and sliced chicken or beef. (thin so that it does not break the egg
  • Take two spatulas and remove from the sauté pan (one on each side). Place onto cutting board and slice into “pizza” slices
