Fruity Breakfast Chia Pudding

Course Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • sweetener optional
  • 1 handful Strawberries fruits for topping
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Lean Whey Protein Powder

Instructions
 

  • Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well.
  • Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.
  • Cover the jar and store in fridge over nightor for at least 2 hours.
  • Top with your Favorite fruit and enjoy cold!
