Fruity Breakfast Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 100 ml almond milk
- sweetener optional
- 1 handful Strawberries fruits for topping
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Lean Whey Protein Powder
Instructions
- Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well.
- Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.
- Cover the jar and store in fridge over nightor for at least 2 hours.
- Top with your Favorite fruit and enjoy cold!
