Preheat oven to 200 C
Line sheet pan withparchment paper and set aside.
Whisk egg in a smallbowl and set aside.
Fill a large pot with water and add sea salt. Bring to a boil and add broccoli florets. Allow to blanch for 3 minutes. Drain and dry broccoli with a paper towel.
Place the broccoli in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
Add broccoli, nutritional yeast, flaxseed, oregano, parsley, sea salt and pepper to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Using a spoon, scoop1 ½ - 2 tablespoons of mixture and using the palm of your hand gently mould into a tater tot shape. Place on the baking sheet. Repeat until mixture is gone.
Bake in oven 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Serve with Cauliflower Cheese Sauce and enjoy!
