Crispy Zucchini Chips
Ingredients
- 1 Handful Grated Zucchini (Excess liquid removed)
- 1 tbsp Grated Mozzarella
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Grate Zucchini and remove excess liquid by squeezing it through a cheese cloth.
- Combine zucchini, lemon juice, mozzarella, salt and pepper together.
- Prep area baking sheet with Parment paper and Scoop a Tablespoon size of the zucchini on the lined baking sheet and press down to make crisps of 5cm x5cm and about0.5mm thick
- Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes
- Serve with ½ Avo mashed with 1tbsp Salt and pepper as a Guacamole dip.
