Coconut Yogurt with berries and crushed Nuts
Ingredients
- 150 ml Vegan Coconut yogurt
- 1 handful Blueberries
- 1/2 tbsp Cashews/Almonds Chopped & toasted
- 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 packet Sweetener
Instructions
- Toast Cashews/Almonds — Place on a baking sheet in a 180°C oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool before placing on yogurt.
- Place yogurt into a bowl, add sweetener, and mix.
- Top with blueberries, Cashews/Almonds, and chia seeds. Serve and enjoy.
