Omelette with Spinach

Omelette with Spinach

 

Ingredients

  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • crushed red pepper flakes

Step 1

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat

Step 2

Scramble the egg whites lightly.

Step 3

Pour the egg whites into the pan.

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Place the spinach on top of the egg and allow to cook until the spinach starts to wilt.

Step 5

Flip one half of the eggs over the other to form an omelet

Step 6

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve.
