YOUR BASICS

Good Old Water

Our bodies are about 75% water. No drink is healthier or more natural than plain water. Even better, water is always available, cold and fresh from your kitchen. You can make soda water to give you the spritz you need and add so many delicious approved ingredients from our booklet.

Smoothies

Try combinations of fruit, fat free yogurt and ice. Be creative!  Flavorful combinations are: strawberries, apples and yogurt. The possibilities are endless!

Homemade Ice Tea

Add some tea bags to a pitcher of fresh water and place in the refrigerator overnight; add lemon or other fruit for extra flavor!

Clear Flavour Water Enhancers
