LESS IS NOT MORE

Changing your lifestyle can be tough if you don’t have the right guidelines, when people hear diet they tend to think they need to starve themselves to skinny. Just because you have embarked on a weight loss journey does not mean that you should be undereating. In fact, you really should be eating on a regular basis & you should never skip meals.

It is important to keep in mind that when following our weight loss program, you should always consume the recommend protein portion per meal & take note that veggies are unlimited.

Eating regularly instructs your metabolism to keep running. Just like putting fuel into a car keeps it going the same goes for food. The only difference is you are actually putting the right kind of food into your body whilst on our program therefore it reboots your hypothalamus gland.

You should not be overly concerned with calories because if you eat the same amount of calories in chocolate as you do in broccoli there is a significant difference in the nutrition you receive from both of those foods. Counting calories is not always a good indication of what is actually going into your body if you eat the wrong kinds of food.

A plate full of broccoli is only roughly 60 calories & that plate fills you up & gives you the nutrition you require so although you might feel like you are overeating you are certainly not.

So just remember eating less does not mean you will lose more. Now I am not saying binge eat everyday but eat regularly & listen to your body. Drink plenty of fluids & choose healthy options whenever possible – trust me your body will thank you for it.

So many times we find that people on our program think that if they restrict their food intake they will actually have a greater loss when in fact the opposite is true. If you have been eating the right kinds of foods it is much easier for you to stabilise. Instead of forcing your body to be on a lifelong soul crushing yo-yo diet is way easier to follow our program & adopt a new approach to nutrition. So get munching on those veggies.
