Immune Boosting Tonic

1 Cinnamon stick

1 Fresh turmeric root, roughly chopped

1 Fresh knob of ginger, roughly chopped

1 Lemon, juiced

1 Orange, juiced

2 tbsp Stevia

Fresh mint


Place cinnamon, turmeric and ginger in a small saucepan with 1 cup hot water – simmer for 10 minutes. Add lemon and orange juice, honey and fresh mint.

Strain and serve hot!
