Ham and Egg Cup

INGREDIENTS

Cooking spray, for pan

1 slices ham

1 large eggs

Salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius and grease muffin tin with cooking spray. Line each cup with a slice of ham. Crack an egg into ham cup and season with salt and pepper.

Bake until egg is cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes (depending on how runny you like your yolk).

Garnish with parsley and serve.
