Ingredients:
2 Lettuce cups (romaine or butter)
115g Sliced Grilled steak
1 Sliced tomato
1 Carrot Sliced in Julene Strips
Handful of cilantro
Dressing
1 TBSP Olive Oil
½ Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
½ Tbsp Coconut aminos
1 Garlic clove (dice finely of not using a blender)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Divide all ingredients among 2 lettuce “shells”.
Wrap up and eat like a taco!
