Roasted Pepper Egg Boats
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Handful Mushrooms
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Bell Pepper Chopped in half
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 C
- Pour eggs into halved peppers, add mushrooms and spring onions.
- Season to taste with Herbamare salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven at 180 C for 35 minutes or till done.
