Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lean Whey Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 Handful Frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 Handful Frozen spinach
  • 1cm Piece Ginger
  • 1 Lemon Juice of the lemon
  • 1 Thumb size Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into blender and blend until completely smooth for 2 minutes.
