Ingredients
  

  • 1 Scoop Diet Doctor 3 in 1 Meal Replacement Shake
  • 30 g Uncooked Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder optional
  • 125 ml Water
  • 1 Handful Stawberries Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together and put in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning.
    Serve with Chopped Strawberries
