Breakfast Yogurt Freezer Squares
Ingredients
- 150ml unsweetened plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 1/2 tsp organic lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp chopped Almonds
- 1/2 tbsp Chopped Cashews
- 1/2 handful blueberries
- 1/2 handful dried organic strawberries
Other topping ideas:
- Fresh fruit
- Chia seeds, sunflower seeds etc instead of nuts
Instructions
- Linea small glass baking dish with parchment paper
- Place yogurt in a small bowl.
- Add sweetener, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and to a small saucepan and place over medium heat.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until it begins to slightly bubble.
- Pour into yogurt then add chopped almonds and cashews and mix until well combined.
- Pour mixture into baking dish and top with blueberries, strawberries.
- Place in freezer to freeze 3+ hours or just simply overnight!
- Cut into squares.
