Lemon Spaghetti with Tuna & Broccoli
Ingredients
- 350g Zucchini Noodles
- 250g Broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 198g can tuna in oil
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 1 tbsp Avo Oil
Instructions
- Boil the Zucchini Noodles in salted water for 1-2 mins.
- Add the broccoli and boil for 4 mins more or until both are just tender.
- Mix the Onions, tuna and lemon zest and juice in a roomy serving bowl
- Drain the Zucchini Noodles and broccoli.
- Add to the bowl and toss well with the Avo oil and lots of black pepper.
- Serve with a little extra avo oil drizzled over.
