Crispy Cauliflower Waffles with Soft Boiled Egg

Ingredients
  

  • Coconut oil, for greasing
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 15ml Almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp nutritional yeast

Instructions
 

  • Soft boiled egg
  • Pre heat a waffle iron to medium heat and grease generously with coconut oil.
  • Pulse the cauliflower florets and salt in a blender until it resembles a crumbly flour.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the cook for 5 minutes or until thick and golden brown.
  • Serve with soft boiled eggs.
