Crispy Cauliflower Waffles with Soft Boiled Egg

Ingredients
  

  • Cook and Spray
  • 1 handful cauliflower florets
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 15ml Almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 Soft Boiled egg to serve

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat a waffle iron to medium heat and grease generously with coconut oil.
  • Pulse the cauliflower florets and salt in a blender until it resembles a crumbly flour.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend together. Now pre heat your waffle machine, spray with cook and spray and then place the batter in the heated waffle iron and cook for 5 minutes or until thick and golden brown.
  • Serve with soft boiled egg
