  • 460g Chicken / Beef Mince
  • Sea salt
  • Dried garlic flakes
  • Tomatoes
  • Homemade Cucumber and onion pickle (optional)
  • Lettuce of choice
  • HCG mayo


  • Form 4 patties with the mincemeat.
  • Sprinkle with light sea salt and dried garlic flakes.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes each side, or until meat is no longer PINK.
  • Add your favorite toppings we suggest tomato, homemade cucumber an onion pickle and your lettuce of choice.
