Baked Chicken with Lemon Sesame Bok Choy

  • 115g Chicken Breasts or allowed protein portion
  • 50ml Apple cider vinegar
  • 50ml Coconut aminos (or store-bought brining solution)


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Slice breasts with a sharp knife into tenders
  • Place tenders into ziplock bag with apple cider vinegar and coconut aminos ( or
    store-bought brining solution)
  • Brine for 1 hour in the refrigerator
  • Place tenders on a cooking sheet and cook for 20 mins onfirst side, flip and cook
    additional 10 minutes or until all meat is white NOT PINK.


You can even bulk up this recipe and prep in advance.
