Baked Chicken with Lemon Sesame Bok Choy
Ingredients
- 115g Chicken Breasts or allowed protein portion
- 50ml Apple cider vinegar
- 50ml Coconut aminos (or store-bought brining solution)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Slice breasts with a sharp knife into tenders
- Place tenders into ziplock bag with apple cider vinegar and coconut aminos ( orstore-bought brining solution)
- Brine for 1 hour in the refrigerator
- Place tenders on a cooking sheet and cook for 20 mins onfirst side, flip and cookadditional 10 minutes or until all meat is white NOT PINK.
